1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using QuickXBRL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
QuickXBRL provides a digital platform for converting financial data into iXBRL format for filing with UK government agencies (HMRC and Companies House). We provide the tools for generation and submission, but the final responsibility for the accuracy of the accounts remains with the user.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring that the data entered into our platform is accurate and complete.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Complying with all UK statutory filing deadlines.
4. Fees and Payment
QuickXBRL operates on a per-filing fee or subscription model. Fees are clearly displayed before you commit to a filing. Payments are processed via Whop, and all sales are final once the iXBRL file has been generated or submitted.
5. Limitation of Liability
QuickXBRL is a tool provided "as is". While we strive for 100% compliance with FRS 105 and UK taxonomies, we are not responsible for:
- Penalties incurred due to late filing.
- Rejections by Companies House due to incorrect user inputs.
- Losses arising from reliance on the software for complex accounting advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content on QuickXBRL are the property of QuickXBRL Ltd. and are protected by UK copyright laws.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be using the service for fraudulent purposes or in violation of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
